I’m back to being a gym addict. I am sick and tired of being out of shape. Even though I’m not playing hockey anymore I need to maintain my health. Every night I will be in the Cary St gym after work and do an hour of cardio. In a month I will then go back to lifting weights after doing cardio. If anyone sees that I did not go to the gym that day (other than Sunday because that is my rest day) I want you to smack me across the face and make me go to the gym. No more excuses from me about “having to work late” or “having to study for a test” or “ankle or knees hurting”. I preform at my best when I am active. I want to lose weight. Wish me luck!
